Cutter returned from World War II and took over his father’s practice in the City of Anoka. In 1953, Edmund P. Babcock joined the firm and it became know as Cutter & Babcock. In 1960, E. P. Babcock associated with Landol J. Locher and the firm became known as Babcock & Locher.      Today we are a general practice law firm representing clients in workers’ compensation, long term/short term disability, real estate, probate, estate planning, estate litigation, family law-alternative dispute resolution (ADR) including mediation and arbitration, business law, business litigation and personal injury.    We have a dedicated and experienced staff ready to serve your legal needs!
